How much meat and produce is included in each delivery?

Each weekly meat delivery includes three different varieties of beef or pork, with occasional chicken. Each cut typically serves 3–4 people. Most weeks include one breakfast meat and two additional cuts, such as pork chops, ham steaks, ground beef, dinner sausage, roasts, or steaks.

The produce delivery includes approximately a ½ bushel box of seasonal, local fruits and vegetables included but not limited to tomatoes, berries, squash- winter and summer varieties, melons, potatoes, peaches, sweet corn and maybe some items you've never heard of.

Will I know what I’m getting each week?

Yes. Most weeks you will receive an email the evening or night before your delivery outlining what to expect in your box.

Can I customize my subscription box?

No. Garden Boxes, Carnivore Boxes, and Combo Boxes are pre-curated and cannot be customized. If you get an item that is not your favorite - try a different cooking method or share with a neighbor.
Our boxes are packed in an assembly-line process to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Can I add items to my order?

Yes, when available.
The evening before your delivery, you will receive an email listing available Add-Ons. Please reply with your selections by 11:00 AM on your delivery day. Add-ons are gathered just before we leave the farm.

Do I have to commit to the full summer subscription?

Yes. By signing up, you are agreeing to the full 14-week summer subscription.
Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis

What is the Early Bird Special?

The Early Bird Special includes 14 weeks for the price of 12, with the last two weeks free (weeks of 8/24 and 8/31). Quantities are limited.

Can I skip weeks and still receive the Early Bird Special?

No. To receive the Early Bird Special, skipped weeks are not permitted.

If you are out of town, we recommend:

Having your box delivered to a neighbor, or friend along our existing route
Having a friend pick it up at the farm
Donating your box, we usually have few families we can share your box with

Carnivore Packs may be held for delivery the following week if needed.

How will my order be packaged?

· Meat: First week of meat subscriptions are delivered in an insulated bag for you to keep and reuse. For future deliveries, we recommend leaving out the insulated bag or a cooler is even better.

· Produce: Delivered in a wax produce box labeled with your name. Two produce boxes will be provided for weekly exchange.

We look for a shady, dry area to leave your meat and produce. If you have a preference, please let us know.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is available in Calvert County only.

What days and times do deliveries occur?

Huntingtown & areas north: Tuesdays (afternoon–evening)
Prince Frederick & areas south: Wednesdays (afternoon–evening)

Prince Frederick area may be adjusted based on order volume and location.

Deliveries usually begin around 1:00 PM and finish by 8:00 PM.

Can I pick up my order at the farm?

Yes. Farm pickup is available.
The first week will have a scheduled pickup time so we can show you where your order will be located. After that, pickup will be self-serve, with more flexible timing. Pickup evenings are typically Tuesdays.

How does payment work?

The summer subscription is split into three payments:

1st payment: Due at sign-up
2nd payment: due June 22, 2026
3rd payment: due July 20, 2026
